Corona action plan
- In order to ensure that ProInvent’s operations are maintained best possible during the Corona period, of which we currently do not know the length, it has been decided that 3 out of a total of 4 Executive Management Members are present either in the office or in the assembly workshop to ensure progress of the projects, sales and other tasks. One person of the Executive Management successively, works from home with independent tasks. The Executive Management conducts meetings by telephone or via Microsoft Teams instead of meeting face to face. If physical meetings are necessary, we keep a distance of min. 1.5 meters between the participants.
- Project Managers are crucial to the operation and are expected to meet at work
- Group leaders with operational tasks are crucial and are also expected to meet at work
- The design tasks are the pivotal point of ProInvent and can be performed from home. This works efficiently and well.
- Control and electrical tasks are important for the projects and for the company, and can also be performed from home efficiently and well
- Integrated product development tasks are of strategic importance to the company and can be solved at ProInvent or from home
- Workshop tasks are very important for ProInvent’s capability of deliver and for our growth, and can only be carried out in the workshop. We aim at individual working hours such as morning, noon, and evening if needed.
- Therefore, the workshop is now divided into 9 zones. Workshop personnel must not approach persons close from another Zones Close is defined as 2 meters.
- Office staff may only visit the Zone project you are working on
- Administrative tasks, sales, planning, etc. can to some extent be performed from home
- Our Corona hygiene precautions must be strictly followed
- We keep our spirits high and continue our efficient and good work
