We are looking for an experienced machine design engineer for our professional team of engineers that performs tasks within construction, development, and realization of unique machines and automatic production plants.
You are a skilled and ambitious machine design engineer that contributes to our growth. You work with challenging development projects and are in possession of the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with the individual customers’ processes. You work systematically and structured and you master theoretical and practical contexts in mechanical systems. You take responsibility, you communicate well and often with your project colleagues, suppliers and customers.
The job
Being an important member of the team you will from the very beginning of a project participate actively in the total project processes, from design of concept till delivery of proto types, machines and plants. The project processes are “creating processes” where you have contact to customers, colleagues and suppliers. Design- and drawings are important activities in the projects. You outline, design and document unique machines that are never seen before. In your position you are responsible for establishing the proper machine safety and risk assessment as regards the mechanical part of the machine. You will have a co-operation with the machine control department concerning electrical safety. CE-marking is performed together with our safety expert, a project manager and a person from the EL-team.
Your ballast
You are educated machine engineer, mechanical engineer or similar and you have flair for designing effective, reliable and secure machines, that are easily operated. You know how to handle mechanics to make it work perfect and you have a solid knowledge of 3D CAD, calculation- and documentation and the machinery directive. It would be a great advantage if you are experienced in challenging machine construction in Inventor. In addition you have overall knowledge of machine control, vision- and robot technology. It is also most appreciated if you have knowledge of the project models in GAMP5 and the requirements that among others FDA demand with relation to qualification and validation of production equipment. You are ready to learn more of it all, and you have the skills and adaptability required to solve vastly different development tasks for customers that are often leading companies in their field. You are an innovative energetic person who can keep many balls in the air and contribute with great efforts. You work independently, systematic and results oriented and emphasize adhering time schedules and budgets. You are pleasant company and have a good deal of humor.
